I had a lovely stay at this charming hotel. The rooms are small but absolutely adorable, beautifully decorated with Murano glass chandeliers. The service is incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location is great, tucked away in a quiet area yet still close to the Santa Maria Novella train station and within walking distance to the historic center. However, while the breakfast provided a decent variety, it didn't quite exceed my expectations.
